Humaity Before Vanity - While we understand that life happens and sometimes our daily care falls behind for our furry friends, every service we provide is to better them. We reserve the right to refuse any service that would harm your pet in any way.

Top-notch Customer Service - We appreciate the opportunity to work with your pups. We strive to maintain consistent outstanding service to the animals we care for and the humans who love them. 

Respect - We respect and care for your pets as if they were our own. We often refer to them as our "Grandpups" - We get to spoil them rotten and send them home! 

Flexibility- We know that life is tough and last minute changed happen. We will do whatever we can to help accommodate those changes. You are encouraged to schedule by the visit, weekly, or monthly as we book up several weeks in advance.

Accountability - We hold ourselves accountable to go above and beyond the services we offer. We are always working toward becoming better pet care providers, and feedback is welcome.
